DETAILS of the DeaDos dance shoe “Barefoot Elegant”

This dance shoe provides ample space for your toes, thanks to its wide toe box. Your big toe can stand completely straight. The shoe is also completely flat with no heel, meaning your heel and metatarsals are on the same level.

MATERIALS of the DeaDos dance shoe “Barefoot Elegant”

The shoe is made entirely of leather, with a premium, colored leather for the outer layer, a fine and natural non-colored leather lining, and a leather outsole.

The outer leather has a shiny polished finish, which protects the shoe against rays and scratches that can occur when dancing.

The outsole on the bottom of the shoe is made of suede leather, a rough leather that provides the perfect balance of glide and grip on the dance floor. This sole is not suitable for street use, as it would deteriorate quickly with abrasion and lose its soft properties when wet.

Note that some of our shoes have “eyelets”, which are metal rings in the lace holes. If you have a preference, please specify it in your order, and we will select the version you prefer, if available.

FIT AND FEEL of the DeaDos dance shoe “Barefoot Elegant”

This shoe is slim-fitted and not ideal for wide feet or feet with a high instep, that is, very voluminous feet. You can go a size up, but if the shoe is too long, it can be difficult to dance in.

The inner surface is smooth, allowing the shoe to be worn barefoot.

The shoe is quite sturdy when new but is designed to soften relatively quickly to adapt to your movements and dancing style.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS of the DeaDos dance shoe “Barefoot Elegant”

Since the shoe becomes softer and develops wrinkles with dancing, it is advisable to stuff the shoe with paper after use to maintain its shape.

To care for the leather, you can use a nourishing shoe lotion and regular polish. IMPORTANT: The shoe has been coated with water-soluble paint for protection and shine. When applying shoe lotion, the paint may dissolve. Use gloves and ensure your work area is free from anything that could be stained.
