Taking care of the leather

The leather is a skin which needs appropriate care to stay supple keep a smooth look.

Clean off any rough dirt, if necessary, with a damp cloth.

Then take a nurturing lotion, ideally in the same color of the shoe, and spread of over the leather with a soft cloth. Some superficial polish might come off of the shoe, but this does not affect the tint of the leather itself. Wait for a few minutes.

Now you can either add additional polishing cream, or simply rub the surface with a soft cloth to add some shine to the shoe.
